Sugarwood is a coveted community located in the heart of Farragut. Conveniently located off of Kingston Pike, it is a short distance from all the amenities that West Knoxville has to offer and still maintains the quiet neighborhood setting that makes it such a desirable location. The neighborhood amenities include: large community swimming pool and kiddie pool with certified lifeguards, two tennis courts, basketball court, fit pit and grill area, and an outdoor pavilion. There are volunteer opportunities and ways to get involved the community while building relationships with neighbors. An Annual Homeowner Fee, Property Assessment for the Sugarwood Homeowners Association is determined annually.
The Annual Homeowner Fees, Property Assessment levied by the Association are used exclusively for promoting the health, safety, pleasure and welfare of the Owners and the costs and expenses incident to the operation of the Association, including, without limitation, the maintenance, alteration, replacement, and repair of the Common Properties and improvements thereon, the maintenance of services furnished by the Association, the purchase of insurance by the Association, payment of all taxes, insurance premiums and all costs and expenses incidental to the operation and administration of the Association, establishment and maintenance of a reasonable reserve fund or funds, and the payment of all other Common Expenses.
