Board of Directors:
The Sugarwood Homeowners Association (SHA) is made up of residents living in the Sugarwood Subdivision. The mission of the SHA Board of Directors is to represent the Sugarwood Subdivision on matters of interest (such as property values, administrative issues, maintenance of the common areas, and safety issues inside the legal boundaries of the neighborhood) that affect the subdivision as a whole.
The volunteer Board of Directors meets monthly, and residents are invited to attend meetings and bring matters of interest before the Board during Residents Forum. Directors are elected for two-year terms at the annual Membership Meeting held each January. Each member household in good standing is entitled to one vote.
